The interview process was great. The group I interviewed with made me feel comfortable and they provided me with details about the Community Director position I applied for. When I left the interview, I felt as if I knew what is expected from a Community Director with Caliber Living.

Compensation included base salary plus bonuses in interview. After accepting the job offer, I found out through conference call that there was no bonus plan at all. This bonus plan was punted for months without resolution, and I was forced to resign because of the financial instability.
