I went in for the Interview in the early AM. I arrived a few minutes early and was taken to the interview room where I was greeted by two friendly gentlemen. They asked me a list of questions they had printed out and marked my score to each question on a 1-10 scale and took additional notes. I could not see score or notes. The interview lasted about 30 min and was quite straightforward.

I met with 2 interviewees and had both a verbal and a written portion. One interviewer the lady was a cool CPA I liked her since she seemed genuine. She did a good job. The other person didn't seem interested in the interview or engaged. The other one wouldn't write down everything I said even when prompted. The interview was for internal audit. I was surprised and disappointed to learn that internal audit doesn't do internal auditing but only procedures compliance (PC). They don't do other functions like segregation of duties (ARC Maintenance) and monitor internal related parties. This is especially surprising considering this is an agency tasked with monitoring billion dollar banks.
