You had to complete an Excel assignment before you were granted an in-person interview. The project was very straightforward and not difficult if you are somewhat experienced in Excel. Other than that, you sit down with both of the full-time employees and go over the expectations, your background, experience, resume, etc. Basic Interview questions more geared towards you as an individual rather than your expertise.
