The interview was a group interview where we were instructed to do a group activity in which they evaluated how we worked together with other interviewees. From that group, several candidates were selected to move on to further evaluation.

They asked questions about teamwork and how you would handle a situation. They have added exercises to see how you work in a team. During my third year working their the hiring process was much quicker.
