I was contacted by a recruiter from Calix. After speaking with the recruiter I was put in touch with the hiring manager. After speaking with the hiring manager several interviews were scheduled with leaders across the organization by a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Scheduling was easy and flexible and done via Zoom Audio/Video conferencing. After the Zoom interviews I met in person with the hiring manager. The process went quickly, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator and the hiring manager made the process easy and flexible.

Quick succession of 30 minute interviews with executives, management and peers. All people were professional and courteous, interviewing for the right fit for the right position. 9 interviews were done fairly quickly, and the recruiting and talent and culture teams were very good to work with!
