The interview process consisted of meeting with seven different people over video. Initially, I met with the hiring manager. Next, I met with the Vice President of HR. I then met with a series of other HR professionals and leaders of other functions. This process lasted over the course of a few weeks. After every interview, I followed up with a courtesy 'thank you'. Although I did not expect a decision to be made immediately, when two weeks went by, I followed up with the hiring manager and never heard back. It's been about seven weeks now since my last interview, so it's safe to say that someone else was selected. It is extremely unprofessional that I did not receive so much as a rejection email after going through seven rounds of interviewing.
