Was reached out to by a recruiter that told me i should apply. I applied and received phone calls from 4 different staffers. Was eventually invited onsite. I interviewed onsite in dallas texas. Had two interviews, each with two members of the team and was taken to lunch by two other members. Additionally took a assessment test.

Tell us about a situation where you were challenged and did not give up
Phone screen, then in-person interview. You meet a lot of team members during the process, including your potential manager. You also have to take the Wonderlic test prior to scheduling your first interview.

Entrevista
The process consisted of a few screening phone calls followed by an in person interview. The first phone call was with the recruiter then followed by one of the managers. Then the in-person interview was with two different groups of two people, so four total.
