Entrevista
Filled out an online Google form with my availability for an interview and received an email a confirming a few minutes later. Interview was held inside a nursing home in a conference room. Front desk staff didn't know the company was in the building so I felt a little lost but interview was pretty standard for a company that was just starting out. No real defined process or any true idea of what they were looking for. Interview was interrupted by an emergency call.
All over the place. Spoke to the recruiter over the phone and the call ended with a “You’re just what we’re looking for”. Can for an in-person interview and while waiting for the hiring manager, got an impromptu interview in their “lounge area” by one of the VPs. Finally met with the hiring manager and he proceeded to try to sell me on positions that didn’t even exist yet. He would ask me if I was interested in another position that I wasn’t interviewing for and when I asked him what the job would entail he’d answer with “I don’t know but we can figure it out together”. Was told I’d know in a week. After 3 weeks and still no decision, I decided to take another offer. Seems like young, inexperienced people run this place.

Entrevista
Interview process was with one person, a lead clinical care specialist, whom was friendly. The CCS Lead whom interviewed me was extremely attentive in asking me to elaborate on my past work experiences and answered every question willingly.
