Many rounds of interviews. The leaders seemed pleasant. While I was initially very excited about theopportunity, it dissipated quickly in the last round due to my interview experience with one individual. Company is growing very quickly so decisions appear to be made in ready, aim, fire mode. Honestly, it seems like a lot of work with very little work-life balance, mostly due to what I think is an ineffective team structure. Feelings were not hurt when they went with another candidate and I wish them the best.
