Only completed the intro chat. Unfortunately it didn't seem very organized. The interviewer was a few minutes late to the 30 minute chat and didn't seem very present during the conversation. Was often distracted, scratching their head constantly, zoning off. When I asked a question about some challenges the engineering team is working through, they said they weren't sure. This was an intro call to a SWE position so usually they should know at least some foundation.
