Once your application is successful, they will ask you to provide a self-introductory video. Make sure to have a clear background, clear video recording and good audio. Dress professionally. It usually take a few weeks to be approved.

There was no interview questions a s far as I remember. It was a long time ago. It was the application, an IT test to ensure your laptop & internet speed is sufficient (Definitely purchase some good headphones), video recording & start teaching.

Job interview was based on my credentials as a teacher. There was not interview and only a very detailed CV that included links to my teacher certificate and many years of experience and trainings as a teacher.
