Went through a few phone calls and then interview and meeting at the site. Initial phone call was more of a general fit type of interview and then on site we had to do a presentation and there were some technical questions. We also had a tour of the labs by another scientist which was nice to be able to speak to the other staff there.

A short presentation from the interviewee on their relevant work followed by several general questions and a few fairly simple technical questions. A lab tour was included in the interview.
