Initial phone screening followed by two interviews. The phone screen was straightforward and conversational. Technical questions were more challenging, but manageable with preparation. Be authentic, confident, and ready to clearly explain your thinking.

On-campus interview followed by HR screen and in-person super day with four colleagues. A few hours in the office with different investment themes and behavioral questions followed by an in-person case study. Overall a very reasonable process.
