The interview was informal and staff were very welcoming. Prior to my interview, I had the chance to speak to everyone in the office and ask any questions I had. Maximum effort made to make me feel welcome. Interview itself was just a chat based on my CV and personality test i had done. Very simple, quick and lots of friendly chatter.
