It would only have been at this point that decisions were made on who had been successful in progressing to the 2nd stage. While the feedback for each interview would have been collated shortly afterwards, we would not make the decision on who had been successful until we had interviewed all the relevant candidates. On this basis, the detailed feedback would only be given once the 1st stage had fully completed.
