Interview was held in-person. Interviewer was the principal of the school. She asked standard interview questions (i.e., background, skills, experiences). Employer answered all questions I had and made me feel supported.

It was pretty short and easy. I was hired on the spot with no pertinent experience. I was made to feel very comfortable. I was surprised at how quick and easy it was.
