I was contacted through LinkedIn by the Talent Acquisition Manager. Initially, it was a positive experience when we had a discussion on the phone and some employment assessments were sent. Communication completely broke down after that, where you were told that you would interview with others the next day; after three weeks and many excuses later, those interviews never happened, so I passed on continuing with the process. It seems that they don't know what they're doing there regarding interviewing people, and if they struggle with that, it’s a red flag on how the rest of the business is run. I've never been drug along for about a month, where what you're being told never comes to fruition. Potential candidates, be aware of a company that doesn't meet commitments, provides inconsistent communication and doesn't value your time.
