I applied through online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Cameron. They called me in and I was asked behavioral questions like explain about the situations how you handled your client when the deliverable was not met and about my experience. After this, I heard back about three weeks later with a phone call for HR Discussion.

Entrevista
I used a third party recruiting company to place me at Cameron, so he worked on scheduling all interviews on my behalf. From what he communicated to me, this was a pretty easy process. I had two interviews that were about a week apart: the first with the manager I would be reporting to and the second with the lead IT director. Each interview was pretty informal, and I was asked to talk about what my past experience was, do I feel like I could perform the job I was interviewing for well, and why I wanted to leave my current job. They were all very nice and didn't make it uncomfortable.
When I got to dealing with HR, this is where it fell apart. There was not much negotiating as they stood pretty firm on what they were offering, but luckily it was just the vacation days I took the hit on (everyone starts with 15 days of vacation, and I previously had 23). Completing the paperwork and everything that comes after was very stressful and disorganized, and they didn't even have a record of who I was when I showed up for orientation. Definitely not a good way to start a new job - Cameron's HR department is one of the worst I have seen.
