Over the phone, not more than 15 minutes. It was quick and easy as long as you wanted to work there and had a skillset that fit. They offer a variety of opportunities, and almost every sport. Just be honest with them.

They asked why I wanted to work there. As long as you really want to work there they will consider hiring you. I talked about how I enjoyed hiking and wanted to see the beauties of maine. You only get an accumulated 5 or 6 days off for travel during the 8 weeks you are there.
