Thorough and straightforward. I had a first phone screen about the opportunity and a little bit about my background. They sent me a dataset to work with which was a great way to see (very simply) some of the work they do. On a second phone screen i walked through my results from the data exercise and spoke a bit more to what I'm looking for in a job. A few weeks later I went in for an interview loop and got to meet a few more folks from the company.

Three rounds total for the interview. First round is an about 1 hour phone call with one of the cofounder(mainly focus on recruiting and company operations). Nothing special of that phone call, very general and easy as long as fully prepared of its company culture and align with your own experience. After that, he will be sending a dataset to you and you are required to create a PPT to your showcase to one of the HM. It is also a great way for you to have a more deep understanding of that they are doing. Final round is about to talk with 3 folks in the team and last interviewer would be another cofounder. Each of interview last about 45 mins. Very comprehensive and all steps and process are reasonable and should be smoothly once you are fully interpreting their culture and business models.
