Had to go through ridiculously useless interview assessment. Once I passed that, I was contacted to set up a time to come in. The manager never followed up again even after stopping by. That one particular store is short staffed too so clearly their management staff have no clue what they are doing. If these are the types of people who actually pass the assessment then I guess I’m lucky I never got hired.

Sat and talked to the service manager, and met the people that I would be working with and for. This interview was really relaxed, and the interviewer seemed more interested in talking about other things than interviewing. Worked out for me, because I got the job, but it was actually an early indication that things were not going to be run smoothly in the department.
