Entrevista
4 rounds, plus 2 assessment tests, final round was 4 hours and a 20 minute presentation in their office during COVID. For a company that continues to mention how safety is so important to them, I would be terrified to see how safety is handled in their kitchens. As part of the final interview, I was invited by HR to have lunch with the President and Vice-President. I kindly declined because I live with relatives who fall into a high risk demographic and consulted a medical professional who said it was not a good idea. Then during the interview the President of the company and Vice President of the company met with me outside (safer than inside but not COVID-proof) and didn't follow social distancing guidelines. To top it off the President asked me again why I declined the lunch invite. There are no temperature checks or questionaires when arriving into their office, a measure that many workplaces have implimented during the pandemic. There is obvisouly a reason the Exec Team works for Campus Cooks and not a large food service provider.

Entrevista
I was sent numerous e-mails asking to set up a time for a phone interview. After much back and forth, a time and date were set (Dec 18, 2018). I interviewed with the HR Director, and was told that I had an excellent interview and could expect a call back after the holidays (Jan 7, 2019). I never received a call back, an e-mail, or heard from anyone in the company even after I made attempts to contact them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. It's horrible to make someone think they have a job, not return e-mail and phone correspondence, and neglect your applicant.
