15 minutes is not enough time for a screening call. I only had time to ask one question about the role. Overall, the company could use a better screening structure and interview questions. Is asking two questions in a screening call really enough? For a role like this, I personally don’t think so.
My main issue is the lack of transparency in the job description for the ATL location. I was thrown off when I was told the hours for the role. Office hours are not bad (10am - 7pm) but remote days, the hours can look like 12pm - 9pm because you’re catering to West coast students. The hours were discussed in a way that made it seem like there’s a chance that the hours change a lot or that the hours may be longer than expected (overtime must be common). That’s something worthwhile to mention in the job description!! I could have came into the interview way more prepared if I knew about the in-office and remote hours.
