The first 3 rounds were pretty standard. 1. Get-to-know Interview 2. Peer Interview 3. HR Director Interview 4. Final Round (Assignment + VP Engineering Interview) I managed to reach the final stage. After following the timeline and submitting my assignment on time, it took them 5 (!!!) working days to get back to me. They rejected me without even checking my assignment!!! It took me more than 12 hours to complete the assignment and they didn't even spend a single minute going through it. It was one of the most negative interview experiences I ever had. Such a bad signal for their internal recruitment ecosystem.
