I was contacted by a recruiter on Linkedin. I interviewed for the backend position they sent me and was told that Camunda would not be moving forward with that specific position but they had another backend position that they would like me to interview for. I accepted and did a take-home project. I had one week to complete it but delivered it earlier. Then I was told that I had passed the test but the position had already been filled (basically I was told to take a test for an already filled position). After that, I was redirected to a full-stack position where I took a call with another recruiter who said they wouldn't be moving forward because they wanted someone with more front-end experience. Very frustrating since I had already interviewed and they knew my background. Very frustrating experience overall, especially since I was interested in the company at first. In the end I just had my time wasted.
