The process was really great! 1. Video interview with the Recruiter 2. Video interview with Hiring Manager (45 minutes) 3. Video interview with Senior Brand Designer (45 minutes) 4. Design test + 45 minute overview with hiring manager & designer Everyone was fantastic and asked great questions. I really felt like I got to know what it was like to work there by speaking with these three, and it seems like a fantastic company. I was disappointed to not make it through to the final round, but I lacked some specific experience that other candidates had. Overall the process was smooth and communication was clear. It was very refreshing to have such a great recruitment process compared to most companies I have interviewed with.
