We have a flexible time off policy, which means a Talent Acquisition Partner or Hiring Manager might do a hand-over to peer in the hiring team, to ensure they also take enough time off during the year, this can result in "HR changes" during a process. We however are sad to see you experienced delays during the process and appreciate this constructive feedback. This type of feedback is extremely helpful for us to continue to improve our interviewing and hiring process and candidate experience.
