Once a Zoom call was set with the hiring manager, the conversation felt scripted, as questions were read directly from what appeared to be an Excel sheet, showing limited adaptability. The next step was a case study requiring significant preparation to conduct a discovery call with the hiring manager and solution architect. Although I received extremely positive feedback on this session, I was then left without communication for over a week and a half. Eventually, I was notified via email that I would not be moving forward, with no call or constructive feedback provided. Overall, the process felt impersonal, time-intensive, and unprofessional due to the lack of transparency and engagement.
