Laid back, just asked about motives and experience. It started off on the phone then I came in for an in person interview.
My main problem is, they will ghost you if you are not selected. After any interaction with them, move on unless you get an offer.

after 2 weeks later I applied, he contacted me to make a schedule for an interview.
when the time came, the interviewer texted he needs reschdules WITHOUT ANY APPOLOZY OR EXPLAIN. (How professional is this)
So I rescheduled the interview two days later.
He didn't show up again.
I was waiting for more than 20 mins and turned off the virtual meeting camera.
10 mins later, the interviewer texts me to say he is a late little bit. NO APOLOGIES AGAIN.
I refused to make thrid time interview schedule.
Just by looking at this, I can see what kind of company it is.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
Very informal but friendly interviewer. Asked great questions and interviewed for mostly company fit. Not many technical questions. Did ask about education and certifications. Ended with a brief tour through the office and shop in Niagara Falls.
