Applied online, was contacted by HR shortly after, set up an interview and an orientation. The phone conversation was very to the point, the in person interview required a lot of paper work and the orientation was group style

Once they had an open day so applicant can wait until their personal interview. After that, they selected a person and called for an interview, at the interview there were about 10 questions.

Are you able to lift 30 lbs and stand longer hours? How can you deal with a difficult person? When the customer has a language barrier, how can you cope with? What is the difference of customer and guest?
