First you get acall for screening. Th you get screened personally and answer some questions of interpersonal relationships. You also get to discuss your resume, although it won't make a difference if you finished high school or have a phd. Last but nt least you pass schooling for 2 weeks and finally an exam.

Went smooth, easy, didn’t feel like an interview. Interviewer was chill and made sure you pass the interview with a lot of positivity. Couldn’t have gone better. Simple interview as well
