I came in 15 minutes earlier as it has been advised and I had just enough time to fill up application form. The interview has started on time.
The interviewer was really nice, he didn't only ask basic question but also was interested in what kind of personality I have and if I am comfortable working in the team.
I just got my invitation for the interview

I have read the reviews on Glassdoor prior to going for an interview. And honestly speaking reviews were very confusing.
However, I want to speak for my self and say that I have never had a more caring interviewer. The lady took her time to listen to my story and my ambitions and I am sure that all the questions she asked were helping her to figure out if I am suitable for this position or not.
As far as I understood, this company needs to find people who are ready to work in teams, which is hard nowadays, but I do not mind this type of work. That is why I accepted an offer to come in for training.

Spoiler: This is Face To Face and Door to Door Sales company. Any jobs posted with "marketing" will end up with zero opportunities.
The first Interview was good.I applied online and received an invitation 4 days later.
I came to the office (3 out of 5) and met HR.
After Some paperwork, we proceed to the interview. We had a nice chat and she asked me basic top 10 interview questions:
"tell me about yourself", "where do you see yourself in 5 years" etc.
We also discuss the current role and potential opportunities. It was marketing position and I was promised to work in the office with another marketing associate.
I double checked with HR if it's a "door to door" or "face to face" salesman position and she said no.
After 2 weeks I received an invitation for training.
I came to the office and secretary asked me to write down my information.
On the paper, I saw "independent contractor information", which was pretty strange since it was a full-time position in the office.
After 20 mins employee went out and asked me to go to the office room.
No firm shake or any introduction.
We entered the room and person asked me how am I doing.
After my answer, he starts staring at me with intense look going through my watch and clothes.
20 seconds later he asked me why did I choose to be a salesperson in this company.
I was confused and explained him, that I applied for a marketing position and it is not related to face to face sales at all.
The person explains to me that this job is connected to marketing.
I have to go and talk with house owners in order to present company's services.
He gave me company's book with technical features of their products.
Basically, this is "marketing role" because it includes an innovative company's app, which I can use in order to write information about clients. I will come to houses, ask about home services and put this answers into this app.
No work in the office or anything else from the first interview or job description was mentioned.
I explained again that it is not what I am looking for.
He got mad and told me that I am losing big opportunities and opened the door for me.
I left the room and asked a secretary to delete my information.
The employee was looking at me from the corner till I left.
My HR from the previous interview was in the same office interviewing another candidate.
