I recently applied for the SDR role at Canary Technologies and had the pleasure of going through their thorough interview process. From the very beginning, I was impressed by the team's professionalism and genuine care for finding the right fit for both the company and the candidate. My first interview with Ariena was fantastic. I felt like I was having a conversation rather than being interrogated, and I appreciated the opportunity to share my experiences, skills, and aspirations with her. The second interview with the hiring manager, Brandon, was a great match. I had a mock call with him and got to know more about the role and his management style. I was excited to potentially work with him. The third interview with Sarah was a chance to learn more about the culture at Canary Technologies and see if it was a fit for me. Even though Sarah was feeling unwell, she still showed up and demonstrated her professionalism. I really appreciated her dedication to the interview process. The fourth interview with co-founder DJ was a more casual and conversational experience. While I did have a bit of a brain fog during the last 10 minutes of the call, I still enjoyed the experience. One of the things that really stood out to me about Canary Technologies was how understanding and humane the team was during my interview process. For example, when I had a call with Brandon for a second time, he took my recent experience with Covid into consideration and asked me how I was feeling throughout the process. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the offer for the SDR role and am grateful for the opportunity. I also want to give a shoutout to Kristen, who consistently kept me updated on the process via email and was a great point of contact throughout the process. Overall, I was impressed by the thorough and thoughtful interview process at Canary Technologies. Both the company and the candidate are given the opportunity to make sure we are the right fit for each other, and I am confident that I will thrive in this role.

They were really fast, I managed to wrap up five rounds (from HR to Manager up to VP) of interviews within two weeks. The interviews themselves were very similar, starting with a short intro followed by a casual conversation about past experience and skills. There was a big emphasis on personal fit, which I appreciate.
