I was interviewed for the above mentioned role and I was told I would get feedback at the end of the week. When the feedback came, it was an automated rejection email from Greenhouse. I had accepted this but sent an email asking for more detail on the rejection as I would like to improve on where I lacked. This email was sent straight after the rejection email was sent to me. A week later and no response so I email again... 2 weeks after my interview and still no response. I have been in the industry for 10 years and never have I ever treated any of my candidates in this manner. When you choose to remain in this industry, you choose to be customer centric all the time. Just from this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
