sloppy. i arrived in the morning and had one interview. that went a couple hours and then i was asked to come back at the end of the day to meet with the owners. that left about 3 hours to kill in a town where theres not much going on. i felt that they did not value my time at all .

Straight forward. Nice people. Asked a lot of questions and seem like they really care about the employees that they have working/hire. Did not get an offer but a decent company all around.
