Went through 3 rounds of interviews: 1st: With 2 designers walking through my portfolio and going through general interview questions 2nd: With one of my managers, similar to the 1st round going over my portfolio and general Q/A 3rd: A more casual conversation with my other manager

After applying online took about 2-3 weeks to get an interview scheduled, I was interviewed by 3 of the designers and they were very friendly and welcoming, the interview was casual and it took about an hour. They showed me around the office and said I would hear back within 2 weeks. I kept constant communication with HR only to hear back almost 1 month and a half later that they decided "not to fill the position at this time."

The interview process was very straightforward. I had a Skype interview that lasted about an hour and went over your typical interview questions, nothing really too difficult. My second interview was in person and was more of me going over my portfolio and restating what I had said in my first interview. Everyone was very nice and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. The only downside was that it took a couple months before I heard a decision. I followed up multiple times throughout the waiting process and was never given a timeline.
