I was asked questions that were previously on my cv, like "I can see here that you know...." and expecting for me to complete it like "I know, C++, etc", then she handed me a paper with a bunch of questions and an extra page to write an essay about "Social politics".

The interview went very well even I got hints that I got the job. Two days later they asked for my identity to prepare my job offer. I felt something was off so I send a message to check my application status. Then they sent me a rejection email without specifying the reason.
