Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Canonical em dez. de 2011
Entrevista
The interviews consisted in 4 - 1 hour technical phone discussions with communication with HR in between. The interview process honestly was very disorganized with long periods of silence (3+ weeks) and an obvious lack of communication between each person / HR.
The questions were not that technical, mostly to judge your level of maturity in development (some technical, also about QA, etc.), and overall interest / passion about software. Beware, not technical does not mean not "tricky", they probably expect a specific profile and an involved person that knows what he is talking about technically. They tried to probe this w/ some key questions.
Besides that very good communication w/ tech managers (beside one which was so-so) and I enjoyed the talks.

Judge level of maturity of the candidate related to software testing / QA, etc.
It's an extremely long process that includes standardized tests, take home assignments, and several rounds of interviews. It was at least 5 rounds long and you interview across different teams.
Candidatei-me de outra forma. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Canonical (Londres, Inglaterra).

They have a really long, tiring interview process. The first round was a written interview where I had to answer like 15 questions. Then a coding interview with 1 hour time that I could do anytime for 2 weeks. Then I had to take a personality test and they totally ghosted me.
The first round is a bunch of questions like 30 or so where you have to describe your expierence, personal and academical information. Then there is a asynch technical interview and a psychology test.
