I did "above average" in the majority of these cognitive tests but almost immediately received a rejection letter. All in all, between the writing assignment, preparing for the test, and the test, most people would spend 4-6 hours just to get to this stage, where the only thing wagered by the company is 3 AI generated e-mails.
