Many stages. None of the interviewers knew in which phase I was. Most people were really kind but all in all it felt poorly organized. Finally got to talk to the CTO but I was rejected in the very last step. I gues they were missing open source contributions from my side. In the end they suggested me another position - and I wouldn't need to restart from the beginning. Still, they couldn't tell me how many other steps would be required for a decision. No way.

It's an extremely long process that includes standardized tests, take home assignments, and several rounds of interviews. It was at least 5 rounds long and you interview across different teams.
