Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Canonical.

TLDR: Avoid. I repeat, Avoid.
Been there, done that. Not worth the time and energy.
Pros:
- The written test offers some decent thought-provoking questions, though non-engineering questions are irrelevant.
- Consider the interview process as a series of mock interviews for self-assessment.
Cons:
- The hiring process is excessively long, spanning over two months.
- No meaningful feedback is provided after the lengthy process, only a generic email.
- Psychometric tests are pointless as they are never referenced.
- Compensation is poor with no perks, not even a company laptop. They aggressively lowball candidates.
- No urgency to hire. They keep interviewing to keep their pipeline well oiled. Or to keep their employees on their toes.
It's an extremely long process that includes standardized tests, take home assignments, and several rounds of interviews. It was at least 5 rounds long and you interview across different teams.
Candidatei-me de outra forma. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Canonical (Londres, Inglaterra).

They have a really long, tiring interview process. The first round was a written interview where I had to answer like 15 questions. Then a coding interview with 1 hour time that I could do anytime for 2 weeks. Then I had to take a personality test and they totally ghosted me.
The first round is a bunch of questions like 30 or so where you have to describe your expierence, personal and academical information. Then there is a asynch technical interview and a psychology test.
