Had a similar negative experience to other reviewers, multi-step process that spans over few months (behavioral, IQ test, personality, technical, etc). Made it through all the rounds but rejected during the final stage, big waste of time

Hella wack thru and thru. They require somehow an even longer essay than the one you originally apply with. I feel that they don't even read half the words on it tho.
They let you wirte an essay about your high school. The essay will take you a very long time, it took me 3 days. And I highly doubt if any real person had looked into my essay.
