The process was pretty standard: I had an initial phone interview with the director of operations, then was asked to come in for an in-person interview. At that point, I met the leaders of the company. We talked for about an hour and the conversation went well. Two days later, I was asked for references, which I provided. They never checked my references and I was ghosted. Highly unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.
