I applied to Canopy Service Partners and they reached out after a few weeks to set up an initial phone screening. The recruiter then set up two Teams calls by mistake. I emailed her a few times to confirm which time was correct, and she never responded. I essentially had to guess that it was the later time as the first one was set up for 6:00 AM. In the interview, the recruiter showed up 7 minutes late after I emailed her asking if now was a good time to chat. She did not apologize for being late. The interview itself was short. She did not ask many questions and did not seem interested in my background. She shared towards the end that she was essentially just holding this call to see if I'd be okay with the travel requirements. I confirmed that I was, and she said she'd be in touch soon. The next day I received an automated rejection with no feedback.
