When I applied for the job the salary band was between 27K-32K. A few days before my interview a recruiter called up to say that they were only going to pay the minimum which I found strange but decided to go for the interview anyway as I needed some practise. I had an interview with two people who both turned their cameras off during it which I found to be rude. There were 5 competency questions and then I was quizzed on some general IT terminologies. I emailed a week after the interview for an update but didn't get a response. It's been over a month, and I still haven't heard which I think for a company of this size is truly awful.
