I applied online. I completed an online coding challenge, followed by a non-technical interview with a recruiter about the company, my prior experiences, future plans, etc. Then I got a home-challenge. However there is no a strict time limit, they usually want you to complete that challenge in 5-8 hours. I completed and submitted it but they NEVER GOT me back. One week after I sent the home-challenge, I asked the recruiter about the results and she told me that she was going to get back in a couple of days but again she NEVER got me back. Don't be deceived that the company's growing fast or its advertises or videos on the Internet, it's just waste of time. Canva does not value the candidate's time or work. This was the most unprofessional interview that I have ever had.
