Submit application, first call with team. Wasn’t successful but was personally notified in a short time frame, which was appreciated. Simple application without need for unnecessary answers. Made it straight forward to understand the role.

Interviewed with their only Product Marketing Manager at the time. Overall the interview was medium difficulty but found the process quite unprofessional as the interviewer visibly pulled faces on items lost or unclear over video call. No time for qs at the end from candidate side, funnily a very dismissive behavior towards answers and no follow-up post interview from Canva side. Would have atleast expected a status and what went well plus what missing in terms of their expectations. Our potential future colleagues help sell us the position as much as any of us as candidates going through the process. Luckily for me, this time I wasn't sold on them.
