4 Interviews over 2 months, dragged out way too long in my opinion. I had to put in hours of study for each interview. It was indicated I was too senior but still put through all the interviews anyway.

The steps i'd go through if i needed to stop work for my teams and pivot to a new project.
3 Rounds - recruiter screen, Craft round and technical round. Fairly standard questions for craft round, asking about your understanding of delivery. Technical round you focus on a project you run and they ask you indepth questions about it.

Strung out over months and months, potentially due to holiday period.
Overall felt very organised though and was kept in the loop along the way

Process was very slow, wouldn't hear feedback from recruiter for up to 3 weeks at a time, if progressing to the next round of interviews.
I would have to follow up, and the process was too slow.
