Had a phone call with recruiter where they asked basic Java questions such as: why do we need to override hash code and equals, describe multithreading. This was pretty smooth and chill. Soon was followed with an email advising that I've got my first interview scheduled. I chose a time that I was available and then did the Interview. I failed the interview, but mostly because I had poor equipment (microphone, speakers, etc.) I didn't communicate effectively with the interviewer.
