The process with Canvs was absolutely great! There were three parts -- first, a behavioral phone screen with a non-technical staff member (where the entire hiring process was laid out transparently and cleanly), a behavioral and conceptual onsite interview with the team I'd be working with and a shorter interview with a senior staff member, and a take-home, practical coding challenge (eg, build a thing, rather than algorithm riddles) which I was told up front would be graded blind (anonymously with other candidates') according to a rubric which was provided to me in advance. Absolutely everyone I met was obviously talented and genuinely kind, and made Canvs appear to be a really great place to work.
